Today’s post is how to do a shoulder roll. Knowing how to fall is just as important as knowing how to defend yourself against an attacker. If you get pushed or fall down you want to make sure you don’t break your wrists or hit your head. Knocking yourself out if you fall down would not be a good outcome! If you want to practice doing this shoulder roll be sure you do so on a soft surface and have enough space around you.
